03/10/99 Liberty 37 leave for their first European tour on the 14th of October. They will be doing dates in Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal and France as the main support for Paradise Lost.

The band gets back to the UK on the 30th of October and starts a UK tour supporting The Crockets on the 2nd of November. Those dates run to the 20th.

In December, Liberty 37 will be opening for Reef at The Astoria as part of a Kerrang! X-Fest gig on the 10th of December.

They Have also been nominated in three categories in the first annual Metal Hammer Music Awards. The band has been nominated for 'Best New British Band' (as they were at the Kerrang! Awards), 'Best Album' and 'Best Single' for 'Oh River'.

12/07/99 When We Say, The Next Single When we say from their debut album "The Greatest Gift" is going to be their next single and released at the end of September. Watch out for Liberty 37 in the Leeds/Reding Festivals, and have a listen sometime during Coronation Street soon, because one of their records will be used as a backing track.

09/07/99 Album Released Their debut album "The Greatest Gift" was released at the start of this week, as a follow-up to their two previous singles Oh River, and Revolution.
